Thank you Arej, Yanin, and Jayden for helping deliver food from @marymountdining to our friend Chef Ricky @aspanlink . They are currently feeding and sheltering almost double their normal capacity, so really appreciate the generous donation of food from @marymountdining #marymountdining #marymountuniversity #arlingtonva Image of Volunteers delivering food donations to ASPAN

Shout out to @marymount_wbb (when they’re not winning AEC championships they can be found helping @food_for_thought_mu make lunches for ASPAN!) Two other shoutouts to @mulibraries for leading the Food For Thought charge every week and for @marymountdining for ALWAYS welcoming us and providing all the food for this weekly event!! - Arlington Food Assistance Center (AFAC) November 30, 2017 · Marymount University's Food for Thought members spent last evening sorting vegetable and herb seeds for AFAC's Plot Against Hunger program. The variety of seeds that were donated by Lake Valley Seed astonished everyone! Capers, Brussel sprouts, artichokes were mixed with heirloom mortgage lifter tomatoes and Japanese mizuna and shiso (and all the normal crops). Thank you to Prof. Susan Agolini and her students for helping organize our seeds for 2018 spring planting. #PlotAgainstHunger
